integrate spartan cameras, misc. improvements

Additional improvements include:

• better decoding: detect whether the emails are quoted-printable encoded (e.g. RidgeTecs) and only decode those w/ quopri. Decode other non-encoded emails, like those from Spartan, will create issues downstream.
• attempt to repair exif data before writing to it. Exiftool will not allow you to write to corrupted exif, but this command can help repair it first.
