Plugin for drupal.org gets the wrong title

Expected behavior

On drupal.org (e.g. https://www.drupal.org/node/2920800) the toggl title is determined in the wrong way and always gets View(active tab) Edit View history Clone issue instead of the real title of the node.

Actual behavior

The text content from h1 should be used as the toggle item instead.
