Last commit using Gradle 7.6.2

For real this time? Gradle has been updated from 7.5.1 in the previous release (not 7.6, as I had thought) to 7.6.2 here. There's also some improvements to the handling of .gwt.xml files, which are notoriously tricky. The jitpack.yml file has been removed, because it was causing problems across my projects, and things seem to work fine without it. There's no binary here, because you must want the sources so you can change them,

This is mostly here to mark the last 7.x version of the library, in case something isn't compatible with 8.x. There's no binary release because you only really want the sources...
