A Spigot Plugin that allows users to create race courses, and race against friends on the server

My first ever Java project, don't know what I was on while I was working on this. Pretty much learned Java while I was planning plugin out and wrote it as I learned. However my playerbase enjoyed it and requested I publish it! Thank you my friends for those fun few months of running the server I had a blast. You may do anything you want with this.
