The weblogic_reporter.py script is a WebLogic monitoring tool that connects to a WebLogic server, retrieves runtime status, and generates an HTML report. The report includes server status, heap utilization, JDBC connection details, and JMS metrics. It then sends the report via email to a specified recipient.
