バグ報告はDiscordサーバーで受け付けています
以下の手順に従ってチケットを作成し，必要な情報を記載してください
バグの内容を把握しなければ修正できないため，バグが発生した際には積極的に報告をお願いします

バグ報告の手順

  1. 参加していない場合はDiscordサーバーに参加する
  2. #報告済みのバグ・よくあるお問い合わせなどチャンネルを確認する
    「報告不要」とあるものに該当する場合は報告を行う必要はありません
  3. ログファイルを用意する
    ホストのログファイルは必ず添付してください
    ホスト以外にもMod導入済みの人がいる場合，可能であれば他のMod導入者のログファイルも添付してください
    何らかの理由でログファイルを紛失してしまった場合はチケットにその旨を記載してください
    • バグ発生後，AmongUsを終了せず，以下のいずれかの操作を行うとデスクトップにTownOfHost-v...のような形式のファイル名でログファイルが出力されます
      • LCtrl+F1を押す
      • ゲーム内チャットに/dumpと送信する
      • 歯車マークの設定内「TOHの設定」から「ログを出力」をクリックする
    • AmongUsを終了してしまった場合，AmongUsを絶対に起動せず，Win+Rを押すと現れる下の画像のような画面に%TOWN_OF_HOST_DIR_ROOT%/BepInExと入力してOKを押し，開かれたフォルダにあるLogOutputからはじまる名前のログファイルをどこかにコピーしておいてください

      AmongUsを起動するとログファイルが消失してしまい，復元できません．ログファイルの保全を行うまでAmongUsを起動しないでください！
  4. Discordの #ticket チャンネルからバグ報告チケットを作成する
  5. 作成したチケットに以下の情報を送信する
    • ログファイル
    • 発生時の状況の可能な限り詳細な説明
    • (あれば)発生時のスクリーンショットや動画キャプチャ，配信アーカイブなど
    • その他の追加情報

チケット内で開発者から追加で質問等をすることがあるので，チケットが解決するまでは確認できるようにしておいてください

注意点

  • ログ内の該当箇所がわかる場合でも，ログファイルの一部を切り取るのではなく，元のまま添付してください．一部を切り取ると必要な情報が欠けてしまうことがあります

We are receiving bug reports on our Discord.
Please create a bug ticket following these steps.

Steps

  1. Join our discord if not joined yet.
  2. Check reported-bugs forum.
    If your bug matches those listed as "no report needed", you do not need to report it.
  3. Prepare log files.
    The host's log file must be attached.
    If there are other modded players besides the host, if possible, please attach their log files too.
    If you lost your log file for some reason, please let us know in the ticket.
    • After the bug occurs, do any of the following operations WITHOUT QUITTING AMONGUS, and a log file is output on your desktop with a name in the format TownOfHost-v....
      • LCtrl+F1
      • Send /dump to in-game chat
      • In the gear mark options menu, click on "TOH Options" and then "Output Log".
    • If you have quit AmongUs, NEVER start AmongUs, press Win+R, enter %TOWN_OF_HOST_DIR_ROOT%/BepInEx, hit OK, and keep somewhere else the file named starting with LogOutput.

      If you start AmongUs, the log will be LOST permanently and canNOT be restored. Do NOT start AmongUs until you are sure that your log file has been kept safe!
  4. Create a bug ticket from the Discord #ticket channel.
  5. Send the following informations in your ticket:
    • log file(s)
    • a detailed description of the situation when your issue occurred
    • (if you have) screenshots, video captures, streaming archives, etc.
    • more additional informations

Developers may ask additional questions in the ticket, please keep the ticket accessible until it is resolved!

Note

  • Keep the log file original, do not trim it. Trimming can cause loss of important information.
