- Fixed minor typos for twr_audio_modify functions saying they took in node_id rather than playback_id
- changed d2d_drawimagedirty to d2d_drawimage_ex
- Fixed warning for the synchronous version of Pong
- Added atan2 function to api-c-stdlib.md docs
- Added headers to prevent browsers from caching the webpage to examples/server.py
- Added 8, 16, and 32 bit versions of twr_audio_from_samples and twr_audio_get_samples
- Increased volume for the bounce noise in the Pong example.
