I suggest that Syrian flag needs to be updated to reflect current changes

Specifications of the Syrian independence flag:

  • Three horizontal stripes: green (top), white (middle), black (bottom)
  • Three red stars centered on white stripe
  • Standard flag proportions

How it would look like in Twemoji-styled flag (Edited using GIMP 2.10.38):

There is an issue #495 in the googlefonts/noto-emoji repository
