Adds methods to convert a Chunk to Bit and Byte Vector, for easier integration with
scodec-stream.They are fairly unobvious for casual users. I was also tempted to add
.bitsto stream to bechunks.map(_.toBitVector)but perhaps that could go inscodec-streamdirectly
