This PR adds TypeScript definitions for child app methods.

Added:

  • AppDescriptor interface as a native type (similar to us_listen_socket)
  • Methods on TemplatedApp for worker thread distribution:
    • getDescriptor()
    • addChildAppDescriptor()
    • removeChildAppDescriptor()
