Thanks for the pull request! I changed xdebug-install.sh to use the package manager version of xdebug to prevent version conflicts and configured xdebug settings slightly different. But all your other changes have been merged. |

Adds xdebug and fixes installation of CodeSniffer that was resulting in empty =2 file in home directory
