Jira Ticket: COV-1111

  • remove unused jhuGeojsonLatest (jhu_geojson_latest.json)
  • get total counts from jhuJsonByDateLatest instead of calculating them from jhuGeojsonLatest
  • remove now unused jhuJsonByLevelLatest (jhu_json_by_level_latest.json)
  • time series data files now use "C" and "D" instead of "confirmed" and "deaths"

relates to uc-cdis/covid19-tools#252

Improvements

  • PRC homepage: remove unused data
