This PR updates the .NET bindings to v6.0.
The most important part was to get the project files to work with newer versions, as it seemed really outdated.
The Capstone dependency for UnicornSamples is now included as a nuget reference. And additionally I tried to refactor the code a bit, so hopefully it looks a bit better now.
