This PR adds monkey patching of Typer and click-repl on runtime to enable certain behavior that cannot be configured through these packages' APIs, such as changing the formatting and styling of help text in Typer, and controlling which exceptions are propagated in click-repl.
These patches are lifted from the v3 branch of Zabbix-cli which I am working on.
