Almost there!

The Sirius Cpu architecture is now frozen! All that remains for v1.0 is clean up some code, document the newest features and concrete the video system. And make it pretty too.

[0.1] On the Road

The first stage of the project is operational, though not really completed. The debug monitor works as expected, save a few graphic bugs. Only two features are to implement: current instruction decoder, and a real command language, which will follow the next stage.
