You were right. Installing .NET 3.5 is what was needed to run in Excel.
Don't do too much yet. I want to hear from Tony about a change before we
put everything together again.

Some of the PHAST examples did not run correctly. I modified input files, and in one case added well.chem.dat, which was missing. I added the missing file to CMakeLists.txt and Makefile.am, hopefully that is enough.
ex5 (plume.heads.xyzt), ex6 copied ex5 definitions, linear_ic KNOBS, and well missing well.chem.dat.
(I should have had this branch in my repository, but it is a long story. I added plume.heads.xyzt, but it was too big. I decided I had to go back a revision, but I must have screwed that up. So I cloned this repository by mistake instead of mine and reimplemented the changes. Once these changes get merged, I'll reclone my repository.)
