Recreating the Mississippi Paper

1. Data Sources: GRACE, GLDAS (Maybe better model available), WELL NETWORKS (USGS/CRN), Estimates of Terrestrial Water Storage
2. Process the data to determine these variables: Terrestrial Water Storage, Soil Moisture, Snow Water Equivalent Describe our assumptions
3. Clustering: Pick a way to group the data
4. Distribution of the data: Plot the mean/statistical analyses
5. Analyses: Time series distribution Comparison b/w GRACE and Wells Networks
