Before defining the command line options for how to run poretitioner, we have to imagine the circumstances in which it'll be run.

Examples:

We may need to segment & classify...

An entire run, assuming the run is a single experiment
A single time segment of a longer run
Multiple sections of a longer run at once, and separate them in distinct output directories
