Add the missing Hysteria2 pages to the English documentation. Synchronise the page list with the Chinese documentation. Add gRPC to en_US/v5/config/stream.md and make other small improvements. Signed-off-by: Arınç ÜNAL <arinc.unal@arinc9.com>

Yes, I will try to open issue to invite contributions when I see they are out of sync. Sadly as a volunteer maintainer that also try to develop new features for V2Ray while dealing with issue with my life I do not have the energy to fill in missing translations... |

@xiaokangwang, as you're maintaining the documentation, could you make sure in the future that the page lists for both languages are always in sync? With this patch, the page lists are in perfect sync.
