vapor/crypto moved to using
CCryptoOpenSSLfor access to OpenSSL APIs in #75. However, some remnants were left over. This PR removes them and theswift-nio-ssldependency altogether.Note:
swift-nio-ssl-supportpackage remains since.systemLibraryis not supported in Swift 4.1 which this package targets.
