@dr-dimitru would you take a look at this and approve the workflow to run so I can see if it fails and update accordingly? I think the repo will benefit from this because new PRs can easily see if they broke existing code with their changes |

This adds a simple GitHub action workflow that runs the tests on every pull request update (and push to master).
It uses @zodern/mtest to run headless.
