Add support for Tenancy v4 #23

Tenancy v4.x Compatibility
Minimum PHP version changed to ^8.2
Refactor code
Fix Error reporting
Fix Bucket Naming
Always throws exception on error for Bucket::createBucket() & Bucket::deleteBucket()
