Defect Description:
In the quiz page of "Sequences" experiment,after selecting the appropriate answers for the question and if we click on the submit button, it is redirecting to a error page instead the given options should get validated in the backend database and the result should be displayed on the screen.

Actual Result:
In the quiz page of "Sequences" experiment,after selecting the appropriate answers for the question and if we click on the submit button, it is redirecting to a error page

Environment :
OS: Windows 7, Ubuntu-16.04,Centos-6
Browsers: Firefox-42.0,Chrome-47.0,chromium-45.0
Bandwidth : 100Mbps
Hardware Configuration:8GBRAM ,
Processor:i5

- Now user will be able to give a quiz for this lab and can evaluate
  his/herself with actual numbers and percentage and can also check the
  solutions.

- Issue description: Earlier when user tries to submit the answers,
  user was getting redirecting to the 404 not found page instead of result
  page.
