EPIC: Review and consolidate Navigation components

The navigation such as: vf-global-header, vf-dropdown, vf-navigation, vf-mega-menu have areas of overlap of functionality and use case. Some components like vf-global-header also exist without documentation to provide guidance on when to use them. A review is needed to:

• Understand how the navigation components are used across our services
• Identify the issues, possible enhancements and areas of overlap
• Redesign solutions where needed, document use cases and provide guidance for when to use
• Create better groups for related navigation components and their example
• Deprecated variants or components that are not required
