The audio tool repository is not yet open sourced but the binary is included in "Usagi/Tools/AudioTool/AudioTool.exe"

The first thing you must do is set the directory of the audio files you wish to work with (usually Project Name/Data/Audio)

If you will have multiple sound banks in one project you should also set up the FSID

The sound tool was modified to the specifications of the external sound designer. Things that might appear unusual are the lack of separation between attenuation settings and sound effects, they must be specified per effect. Doppler is also specified in a 0-1 range (0 is off, 1 is strong).

You should save out this file to Project Name/Data/VPB/Audio
