As a VIVIDUS user
I want to have opportunity to run 1 random row from examples table
To reduce number of test runs but cover different options.

Add ability to get 'N' random rows from table (vividus-framework#1895)

Add transformer FILTERING parameter 'byRandomRows=N' which provide us 'N' random rows.
