How to swap both face and hair?

Are where any reliable way to completely swap heads regardless of head position (move face and hair from the photo to another image)?

I found IpAdapter but it needs same head position on both images and not good with hair.

I found InstantID but I don't understand how to set it up in SD.Next

if you're using sdxl, try pulid, it has best quality for face swaps.
