With the managed plugin being the supported format 1.13/17.03 would be the level to use.

Good point. Do we want to even mention that 1.12 is "supported", or completely drop reference to the 1.12 supportability? Since 1.13 and nighter is obviously the strongly recommended version.

Agree, could mention 1.13/17.03 and higher as the recommended versions.
