Protocol compatible check need to print build version when client/server version mismatch is found #1103

Currently, the error message only print the client/server version number when the mismatch is found. In addition to the version number, inform the user which build he/she need to upgrade to.

@lipingxue IIRC there is no absolute way of recommending a build to upgrade to. Can you please shed more light on this issue about what exactly needs to be done?

@shuklanirdesh82 I think we just need to change the error message to tell user "client version and server version are mismatched, please make sure the client and server are the same version".
