Replacements are based on beaker-hostgenerator. To generate them as
static files:
beaker-hostgenerator -t vagrant <spec>
To generate them on the fly when running beaker:
BEAKER_setfile=<spec>{hypervisor=vagrant}
Users of vagrant_libvirt can also specify it as hypervisor.
