This project comprises of two Android Applications and a website. Two separate Android Applications are for Helper and Supervisor respectively. By means of online system, every action in Anganwadi will be transparent and it will also help to keep track and manage records related to stock, medical treatments and helper actions.
In the Supervisor Android Application, supervisor will login by entering the credentials provided by the administrator which will then display the home screen. Some screenshots of this procedure are shown here:
When a new helper is going to join the center, supervisor will enter his/her name to generate temporary helper ID and password,where the password is 8 characters long alpha-numeric system-generated password.
The supervisor can view the list of working helpers and their details consisting of their full name, contact no and id proof. Screenshots of this module is here:
In the supervisor application, current stock status, list of stock bills and details of each stock received which includes picture of the bill, items received and signature of the helper who received stock and the delivery person with their names are also displayed. After receiving credentials from the supervisor, helper has to open helpers app and tap on register button and enter the credentials and provide the required details. For contact number validation, OTP verification is used. Screenshots of registration module are shown here:
After completing the registration by helper, details will be verified by the supervisor using supervisor app which can be marked as verified, rejected and can also be marked for review which can then be corrected by helper. Once account is verified , then helper will be able to login in helper app and reach the home screen which looks like this:
On receiving new stock, helper has to update using the helper app, which requires filling quantity of items received, entering bill number along with uploading a picture of the bill followed by taking two pictures of the items received. Finally helper has to enter delivery person`s name and then taking signature of the delivery person followed by his/her own signature using the app itself. Some screenshots are shown here:
To keep a record of the daily meal prepared and quantity of items used, helper has to make entries using the helper app. Screenshots of food record module is shown below:
