Unable to focus on Issues currently

About 200 new issues have been added in the last month, which is big way beyond my load. At the same time I'm working on some major backlogs to avoid blocking 2.0. Here are the ones related to this repo:

• running vue-tsc with 1.7 takes 5min instead of 1.5min #3148
• TS 5.1.3 compatible
  • fix: component type missing for TS 5.1.3 #3274
  • fix: compatible with TS 5.1.3 #3277
• [Feature request] api that accepts a file ( .vue, .ts, .js, .tsx...) and return if it is a component or no. #3151
• v1.7.11-prelease eslint quick-fix became very slow #3264
• Make TS plugin work without creating new LanguageService instance #3221
• fix(language-core): try handle node next module resolution #3159
• Add v-bind code action #2524
• Extract into simple component refactoring #2496

I expect it will take two months to clear the current backlog (not all from this repo), so for existing issues, it may not be processed within two months. If an issue is very important to you, please consider spending a day or two to debug and try to open a PR. Issues with PRs will be processed with the highest priority.

Please don't urged, since I use "Recently updated" to view issues in reverse order, which actually brings issues down to the lowest order.
