Preview Tests
This PR runs:
npm run make-v2 "pattern"for all patterns, wherepatternis a directory found intests/, so that the generatedPreview Testslink represents what the new v2 test format files produces.NOTE: This is branched off of #997 and meant only for providing examples of how the v2 format may work on the review pages.
