It appears that version 6 of the ClickBank IPN system was recently updated in a way that causes it to return transactionType = CANCEL-TEST-REBILL in test mode, instead of the previous type, which was: TEST_CANCEL-REBILL.

s2Member's ClickBank IPN handler will need to be updated to accomodate this change.

Short-Term Fix

  • Download this updated file and upload via FTP, allowing it to override your existing copy of: s2member-pro/includes/classes/gateways/clickbank/clickbank-notify-in.inc.php

Next Release Changelog:

  • (s2Member Pro) ClickBank IPN v6 Compat.: Version 6 of the ClickBank IPN system was recently updated in a way that causes it to return transactionType = CANCEL-TEST-REBILL in test mode, instead of the previous value, which was: TEST_CANCEL-REBILL. s2Member Pro has been updated to understand either/or. See also this GitHub issue for further details.
