The last release with Python 3.9

Since this release we will use Python 3.11

Last django 1.11 release

We are now using the next LTS release of django: 2.2

And sadly, we cannot maintain two versions.
Goodbye, django1.11! Hi, django2.2!

Good bye, pipenv!

This is the last pipenv release.

We do not want to maintain any it any further.
We are switching to poetry on all our projects.
