Setup for whihathac's machine (Windows)

Steps:

1. Install BoxStarter
2. Run rest of installations from install.md
3. Install and configure Windows Linux Subsystem
4. Configure apps as described in configure.md

For some reasons if BoxStarter doesn't work, then install Chocolatey manually.

To add:

• Git Setup (global, .gitconfig)
• Powershell/Linux shell setup
• VS Code extensions
• Linux Cheatsheet
• Docker, Kubernetes, AKS
