Exception: class not found -> renderableChemicalDrug v66

During the conversion of version 66, there was an exception printed out:
java.lang.ClassNotFoundExeption : org.gk.render.RenderableChemicalDrug .

Could this class be an update to the Reactome Schema?

Will work on printing an error report specifically for these exceptions, so we can locate them in the Reactome PW + schema, and go from there.

Yes, Robin mentioned that they added drugs now. You will probably need to update the Reactome library in the code.

Yeah I remembered something about that as well, but wasn't sure where (makes sense that Robin said it ;)....). I think I fixed the other issue, related to PubChem Compound en NCBI Nucleotide (See #60 ). If I read the converter code correct, Reactome doesn't use system codes in the background to link to databases, but they use the full name. I found a few lines on previous problems with this, regarding ChEBI. I added a fix in the script (I hope); would like to test this on Version 66 with a new converter version (so the comparison between 62-63-64-65-66 database are not based on changes in the converter).
