Feature/initial functionality

Current progress a/o Fri, July 5th:

• need to make bucket and durable object resources + populate environment variables in .toml
• run against cosmology for testing
• write tests for routes
• roll up the routes for the DurableLock class (or inherit router from main worker instantiation)
