I didn't run any tests locally, just installed the app. Is the test failure due to API rate limiting?

It does look like rate limiting but the test should have an API token (and I've tried in my filen PR to use alternative ways to put the token in the environment without success). Maybe something has changed with secrets (but not yet made the documentation ...)
