Can you clarify why this changes readme to winston-loggly-bulk instead of winston-loggly?

Ok so loggly has a fork of the transport under another name -- https://github.com/loggly/winston-loggly-bulk -- do we want to maintain this repo under winstonjs or is loggly happily maintaining their own transport now? Would be great if someone from loggly could chime in (@Shwetajain148 ? not sure). If the community would prefer to stick to winstonjs/winston-loggly then we can merge this PR, keep the original name, push to npm, and advise loggly/winston-loggly-bulk users to switch to winstonjs/winston-loggly. In either case we should solve this with just one repo, not two. Let me know what the community's preferences are -- just tell me what to do :) Happy to merge relevant PRs or have more discussion.
