This PR does the following:

  1. Update native Android dependencies
  2. Bumps RN test app to react-native@0.56.0
  3. Update to espresso-core:3.0.2

Still some work on Gradle dependencies setup, the current setup breaks the demo projects and requires user to upgrade a few Gradle dependencies manually
