I’m not seeing this on my end. What do you mean by “then when the connect xpilot plugin”?

You could try revoking the microphone access in the MacOS privacy settings then launch xPilot and allow microphone permissions again.

Can you try a clean install of xPilot?

Unfortunately, the screenshots don't come through when you reply via email. Can you attach them via the GitHub website?

I don't know what zip folder you're referencing; I don't see anything attached.

You need to visit the Issue page directly (#133) and upload your screenshots manually. When you reply directly via email, the attachments don't get attached.

You could try resetting the microphone permissions for all applications (essentially clearing the list of apps that have access to use the microphone).

Open Terminal, and enter the command tccutil reset Microphone

After doing this, when you open an application that requires access to your microphone, you'll be prompted to allow access again.

Did you try resetting the Microphone permissions using the terminal command?

I don’t know why it’s happening then, sorry. I’m going to close this out.

Beta 39:

  • Issue: No microphone access in Macos. No audio device is accessible by xpilot. Permission are granted in the system preferences, but no help. Unusable version.
  • The "allow microphone" messages are gone.

I'll have to revert to beta 33 which was my last usable version on macos.

Super. It’s solved. No problem anymore!

Great, thank you. Is the fix available in a new release already?
