I sometimes need to setColWidths() dynamically. For example, I need to set certain columns to be slightly larger, if the max nchar of the columns is larger than 30.

setColWidths() is very useful for this purpose, except that I have to always remind myself that I need to check if the length of the cols argument is larger than zero, before I call the function.

Otherwise, openxlsx would throw an error "More widths than columns supplied."

I think we'd better just support a zero-length cols argument in setColWidths().
