• Default UI theme is now properly used, action bar is properly shown on android versions >=4.4
• Fixed sim contacts sometimes appearing in the phone contacts list.
• Issue #14 fixed. Scrollbar was making upper right and lower right buttons (copy all) unclickable.
• Issue #13 fixed partly. New items are no longer added into the beginning of the list, lists are always sorted alphabetically.
• Issue #11 implemented. Contacts present in both lists are now marked with a tick which replaces the copy button.
