What happened:

Environment:

• OS (e.g: cat /etc/os-release): centos 7
• Kernel (e.g. uname -a): Linux lzx-oc-node-2 3.10.0-1160.6.1.el7.yn20201125.x86_64 scheduler: fix specified network not enough still pass. #1 SMP Sat Nov 21 12:06:27 CST 2020 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
• Version (e.g. kubectl get oc -n onecloud -o yaml | grep -C 3 version): v3.7.0
