Looks like testing on python 3.13 on windows fails for no fault of sceptr. Looks like there might be a race condition when importing pandas, but cannot tell if this is a pytest problem or a pandas problem. Will continue to test on 3.12 and perhaps add a note on documentation warning windows users that sceptr might be rocky on 3.13 |
