Exposes the senza version on the system to /api/status as a field labelled `senza_version`. Additionally, it sets a header of `X-Senza-Version`. Signed-off-by: Ian Duffy <ian.duffy@zalando.ie>

Would be nice to have the Senza version in the
/api/statusendpoint response.It is interesting to know which version in case there are bugs in Senza. So we know that we need to create a new Lizzy deployment image.
