This PR proposes to not delete a mint if the user chooses to "Remove Mint" but instead to hide it, improving the consistency of the relational data model. This also helps to avoid gaps in the transaction history, where a mint might no longer be part of the database.
Also contains minor fix for user preferred order of mints.
