1、windows电脑使用word打印文件，提示“找不到打印机”，可以运行此脚本解决问题。
2、可以通过此脚本查看电脑与打印机设备连接状态
使用方式：将run.bat文件拖到桌面双击运行此文件(建议使用管理员运行)
解决方式：重启设备打印服务，清除打印缓存数据 网络上也有挺多解决方案,我也只是集成一下做成了双击即可的脚本文件。
