There is no need for ciExtraTestSteps as we can acheive the same result using following code:

preTestJobs := List(Job(...))
postTestJobs := List(Job(...))
ciTestJobs := preTestJobs ++ ciTestJobs.value ++ postTestJobs

example usage: zio/zio-redis#889


          remove ciExtraTestSteps from setting keys.
